1. Using Playminton
You must provide accurate account information and use Playminton only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Playminton, an app that helps badminton players find clubs, book courts, and create or join matches. By using Playminton, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings and matches
Playminton helps you book courts at partner clubs and organize matches with other players. Courts, facilities, and on-site service are provided by the partner clubs, not by Playminton. You are expected to respect the booking details and the club’s rules.
3. Payments and refunds
Payments for bookings may be processed through external payment providers. Cancellation and refund conditions may vary by club and are shown in the app where applicable.
4. User content and conduct
Playminton lets you create content and communicate with other users, including your profile, match chats, and direct messages between players. You are responsible for the content you share and your behavior toward others.
You agree NOT to post, send, or share content that is:
• harassing, bullying, threatening, or intimidating toward any person;
• hateful, discriminatory, or abusive;
• offensive, obscene, sexually explicit, or violent;
• spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising;
• impersonating another person, club, or Playminton;
• infringing, unlawful, or sharing another person’s private information without consent.
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You can report a user or content, and block a user, directly from their profile or from a chat. Reports are reviewed, and we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Treat other players, club staff, and Playminton support respectfully at all times.
5. Availability and changes
Playminton is provided on an "as is" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
