You can request deletion of your Playminton account and associated personal data at any time by following the steps below.

How to request account deletion

  1. 1Send an email to support@playminton.app from the email address linked to your Playminton account.
  2. 2Use the subject line: "Delete my Playminton account".
  3. 3In the email, include your Playminton account email address and your phone number if one is associated with your account.
  4. 4Playminton will verify your account ownership before processing the request.

1. What gets deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, Playminton will delete or anonymize the following information associated with your account:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and profile.
• Player profile information, such as your badminton level, preferences, and profile picture.
• App activity associated with your account, such as matches created or joined, and similar in-app history.

2. Information that may be retained

Some information may be retained after deletion where required or permitted for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate business record purposes.

In particular, booking and payment records may need to be retained for accounting, tax compliance, partner club reconciliation, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes, even after your account is deleted.

3. Processing time

Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days of receipt and successful identity verification. Additional time may be required in exceptional cases, such as where legal or technical reasons apply.
